Problem

From prioritizing the website modernity to keeping Puerto Rico’s culture intact, our client came in worried about their online presence.

There was an element of enhancing the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) by not disturbing the cultural aspect. The real challenge was keeping intact the Puerto Rico cultural experience. Since we were non-natives, this project itself was challenging.

To go by the book and start with a mockup followed by revamping the homepage. Since our client was anxious (something we don’t bear), we proposed the presentation of the Figma design in the call. Usually, we share the link.

We assured them of 100% transparency and committed to sharing 3 updates per week to the client. Usually, we share twice a week.

LA Parena Design

The design mockup made us understand our client’s design psyche. Once the mockup was approved, we dived straight into revamping the homepage. After a few rounds of feedback, the homepage was approved, and other pages followed.

The key thing we learned from this project was: UX for a different culture. Everything was new from researching style to understanding their practices.

Responsive Mobile Screens

We took care of the responsive mobile screens that fit their web visitors’ screens PERFECTLY so they don't have to waste their time in constant pinching & zooming to fit the design in their respective screens but directly connect with Le Parena’s products.

Visual design

Having a strong language is of utmost importance for every brand as it helps end-users to recognize the brand easily & it also helps businesses to stand out. During the design creation, our goal was to focus on every small detail including colors, illustrations, and typefaces.

Typography

The right typography can greatly enhance the product's enhancement, user experience, and engagement levels. The customer provided the typography.
